If you don’t like running, don’t run. If you don’t like lifting, don’t lift. If you don’t like yoga, don’t practice yoga. Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.

I’ve decided I’m going to start running again. Also, I have a new fitness goal! I want to become flexible enough to do a split (: right now I’m doing pilates/HIIT/yoga almost everyday. Weightlifting doesn’t start for another month and I need a new goal to work towards.
